SignUpToPlay Registration Help

This page will help users register for tryouts using signuptoplay.com. For help setting up and account go to account-help.html.

SignUpToPlay is a service that helps club directors manage rosters. For example, directors can send out email through SignUpToPlay. It also streamlines the process of entering tournaments. Players can save their information in a central place for registration for tryouts, lessons, camps, and other events. SignUpToPlay requires a credit card number during the account sign up process, but clubs and events do not necessarily charge your card when you sign up. AVVB will generally ask for a check for tryout registration and membership fees.

  1. Go to www.signuptoplay.com and enter your username and password. Click on "go".

  2. Logging in leaves you at a rather blank looking page. Click on "Tryouts" on the left-hand margin.

  3. SignUpToPlay will help your find your Tryout Information. Fill in the field for Location and multiple club names appear. Choose a Club Name, and one or more choices for tryouts will appear.

  4. Once you have selected location, club name, and tryout, SignUpToPlay displays information about the tryout. Click Save.

  5. Registration confirmation appears. Print the form. Mail it the address shown, or bring it to tryouts.
